BH型系列高效管状喷流换热器的主要性能
1.空气的预热温度高:比一般管状换热器高50~150℃.例如:当烟气温度为600℃时,可将空气预热至300℃以上;当烟气温度为800℃时,可将空气预热至400℃以上;当烟气温度为900℃时,可将空气预热至550℃以上。
2.综合传热系数大:当烟气温度为600℃时,可高达50W/m2·℃;当烟气温度为800℃时,可高达55W/m2·℃;当烟气温度大于900℃时,可高达60 W/m2·℃;为一般管状换热器的2~3倍。
3.空气侧的压力损失小:当四级串联时,其值为2400Pa;当六级串联时,其值为3600Pa;因而改造时不需更换风机,新建时可采用较小的风机。
4.烟气侧的压力损失小:其值不大于100 Pa,因而改造时不需加高烟囱或加大排烟机,新建时可降低烟囱高度或采用较小的排烟机。
BH型系列高效管状喷流换热器的订货办法
BH型高效管状喷流换热器,可根据用户需求确定其大小,可因地制宜地进行布置,灵活方便。在新建时按表列规格选用;在改建时刻根据要求进行设计。所以在订货时如系选用,仅提供所选的型号即可,如果为改建或有特殊要求时可委托单独设计,这时需要提供下列条件:
1.燃料的种类及热值; 2.预热的空气量Nm3/h;
3.空气的预热温度℃; 4.通过的烟气量Nm3/h;
5.进入的烟气温度℃; 6.空气侧允许的压力损失Pa;
7.烟气侧允许的压力损失Pa; 8.烟道尺寸:长×宽×高m;
